How it works

Your first visit

Plan on 60 minutes from check-in to checkout.

  1. Paperwork, 10 minutes

Check in at the front desk and complete your registration forms. Bringing the documents from the list below keeps this step at 10 minutes.

  2. X-rays and exam, 25 minutes

Digital X-rays followed by a tooth-by-tooth exam with Dr. Patel or Dr. Whitfield. You see every image on the chairside screen.

  3. Cleaning when time allows, 15 minutes

When the exam shows no urgent work, a hygienist completes your cleaning in the same visit. Otherwise the cleaning books as your next appointment.

  4. Plan and costs, 10 minutes

You leave with a written treatment plan, per-item pricing, and an estimate of what your insurance covers. Nothing schedules without your approval.
